What are boundaries?
They are the dividing line between what you are comfortable with and what you are not comfortable with within relationships, spaces, and all other aspects of your life.
And setting a boundary is making sure that people know where your line is.
I am an avid advocator of setting boundaries with people, even family, friends, loved ones, and the workplace.
